Join us for a great workout with SPENGA Ballston! Join us for a one-hour class with 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) followed by 30 minutes of strength poses and deep stretching. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and be ready to move!

Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 PM from August 27-October 29, 2024.
