Tai Chi blends mental focus and physical effort to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.

The smooth, low impact movements are a great way to incorporate a new workout into your busy summer schedule. Bring your water bottle and be ready to go with the flow.

Mondays, 4:30-5:30 PM from August 26-October 28, 2024. 

Registration is not required. Sign in is encouraged.

There will be no Tai Chi on Monday September 2, 2024.
